Streptococcus:
Streptococcus Bovis is classified in the kingdom bacteria because it is a single celled organism with a cell wall but no organelles, except for ribosomes. It is cocci shaped (spherically), while most bacteria are cocci or rod shaped. S. bovis' cell wall is gram positive, similar to majority of the other organisms classified in this kingdom [12].
Streptococcus is a bacteria that is most common in cattle and sheep. Although, people with endocarditis or colorectal cancer tend to have this bacteria because this is what causes the diseases. For sheep, this bacteria is found on the blood agar plates. S. bovis are microscopic, spherically shaped, gram positive, and grow in pairs or chains. This bacteria is most commonly found in warm environments. For example, the wool of a sheep or an incubator that humans may use. This also explains why this bacteria is highly invasive. S. bovis is frequently contracted through the mouth but some times it can be contracted through a urinary tract, hepatobiliary tree or the oropharynx [13].

Mycobacterium Tuberculosis
Mycobacterium Tuberculosis has been classified in the domain bacteria because of its similar characteristics to the other bacterium found in this domain. Bacterium are either decomposers, photosynthesizes, and some cause disease, like tuberculosis. Bacteria are also usually found in clusters or colonies. Their shapes are either, cocci, bacilli, or spirochete. Tuberculosis is cocci shaped [14].
Mycobacterium Tuberculosis is a pathogenic bacteria disease. It has a rough, waxy surface and grows in colonies. Outside of the cell there are large fatty acids called, mycolic acid. The mycolic acid makes it very hard to treat this disease with medicine. Although, they do have inflammation controlling properties that produce enzymes, which cause reactions that have beneficial effects. Tuberculosis can be found in more acidic places in the cell and are abundant in soil and water. Tuberculosis is used in laboratories because they have very simple growth requirements and can grow slowly in harsh environments. Glutatmate is the main source of nutrients for initiating growth [15].
The disease Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that mainly affects the lungs in a person's body. People can be infected with the disease by a person who already contains the tuberculosis and has either coughed or sneezed near a non infected person. Medication is very hard for an infected person with tuberculosis to ingest due to the fact that the strains of the disease resist the medicine. Even though some of the medications may not work, others do. So, those treatments lessen the affects of tuberculosis [16].
